Founded by Dr. Jennifer Paul, Conscious Healing Solutions uses mindfulness practices along with DBT principles to help our clients improve their relationships, understand their emotional awareness and self-worth, to give our clients a greater joy in life, greater awareness of their emotions and thoughts, as well as deeper and more connected relationships with friends and family.

Licensed Mental Health Therapist
A Therapist at Conscious Healing Solution is a strong communicator, excellent listener, non-judgmental, compassionate, and trustworthy. We are expanding our team and looking for a qualified clinician to work with individuals and couples to promote optimum mental health. This position will assist individuals that are dealing with depression, anxiety, family, parenting, or marital problems, stress management, body image issues, and issues associated with aging and mental and emotional health.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Counsel’s clients, individually and in group sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, and making healthy changes. Maintains confidentiality of records relating to client’s treatment.

Guides clients in the development of skills and strategies to deal with their struggles. Encourages clients to access their feelings and to discuss what is happening in their lives and helps them develop insight into themselves and their relationships.

Collects information about clients through interviews, observations, and tests. Prepares and maintains treatment records and reports.

Evaluates clients physical or mental condition based on review of client information. Develops and implements treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge. Acts as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.

Assist marketing team with social and online content to promote Conscious Healing Solutions to attract more clients.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.

Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.

Knowledge of group behavior and dynamics, societal trends and influences, human migrations, ethnicity, and cultures and their history and origins.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Education and Experience:

A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling or a related field required.

Appropriate Florida state credentials and licensing required (i.e., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up-to 15 pounds at times.
